I have a decade of experience working with individuals and families in school, home & other community settings. I utilize EFT as my framework for couples and integrate other modalities as well-depending on the need.

As a wife, mother amongst other things I understand life can get in the way of attending therapy. Here, we do not want that to be a barrier for you. Bring your kids with you-if need be. We have the space that allows you to show up fully.

A graduate from Mid-American Christian University, Abbrielle brings a unique set of skills as a Faith Based Clinician, who spent her graduate hours working Compulsive Sexual Behavior, depression, anxiety, couples, family trauma and individual therapy.

Abbrielle prides herself on providing quality care and allows clients to recreate their story using Narrative Therapy as her primary framework. She also includes Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Faith Based Approaches (based on client approval).

Abbrielle is Telehealth-Only with late evening hours. She accepts Cigna, Aetna and Cash Pay.

Susana is a Clinical Intern at LHC. She works with children, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression life transitions and challenges around communication. Susana speaks English and Spanish.
