Why Groups are Useful
You are not meant to go through anything alone. Events as devastating as infidelity or even the challenges of parenting during deployment — leave a whole that can be filled when having the right support around, through your healing.

Confidentiality
Groups can offer a safe space where you can bring your full self and not have to pretend. It is a place to release, relearn and restore.
Deeper Understanding
Others can explain or offer clarity in ways that you may receive differently from anyone else. You will learn so much about yourself, and you will see that through your growth.
Lasting impact
Groups offer support and camaraderie that you will remember for a lifetime, as they are lifting you up, and vise versa during one of the most devastating moments.

A virtual support group for partners healing after infidelity
You didn't choose this, and you don't have to sort through it alone. This seven-session group offers a steady, confidential space to understand what you're feeling, manage the hardest moments, and start finding your footing again.

Making sense of the shock, anger, intrusive thoughts and other residual emotions.
Coping with triggers, including through the holidays.
Taking care of yourself without rushing into decisions about the relationship.
Develop deeper insight to your needs and learning how to voice them.

Every other week: Dec 17, Jan 7, Jan 21, Feb 4

Open to residents of Texas, Mississippi, and North Carolina
